| Here are some good sites from which you can learn basic tactics. While all doesn't apply, one can take these and adapt them as needed. While some of you dont need this, alot of you still do http://www.military-sf.com/Tactics.htm#FireteamWhile this may not be completely accurate in SOCOM, regarding the MG, it can still be used effectively, esspecially at choke points. http://www.military-sf.com/Tactics.htm#SquadI like this one, though I don't think well be using the Soviet strategy. We have all seen that happen and it fails 90% of the time. http://www.military-sf.com/Tactics.htm#IndividualThis though is my favorite, and so true in our little world of gaming. I think you have all heard me point out the flaws of what another is doing, though I won't mention names (HG, Chuck)... Anyway, as usually a lone 501 in a room is the last alive, this should be especially helpful. I plan to go through all of these and adapt them to be true to SOCOM. If you have any tips or would like to help. Please PM me and I will email you my rough drafts |

| no cuz i understand why. No matter what they did some peoples tactics were absolutely amazing. And i don't really need this tutorial cuz I'm pretty good with tactics, not to blow my own horn or anything. Sabian our war-game doesn't count. its my first time. |
